The lose moss gets washed down into the gutter from the rain fall and causes blockage in the gutter system , how ever it could cause blockage in your underground pipes that the gutters flow off into and be a bigger problem to deal with. So it seems best to stop the moss from going under ground and costing you some serious cash.

You'll want to remove the moss from the tiles then apply a fungicidal treatment spray to the tiles to stop or slow the re-growth of the moss or fungus.
Do not be lazy when removing the moss use a scraper or brush to make sure you get it all, If you have a pressure washer try avoid using it, that can cause some damage to the tiles if you are not sure what your doing.

Well your up there removing the moss you might as well have a look around, Check for any lose tiles or damaged ones and replace them, think about installing a net guard to your gutters if you have tree's near you home to help stop the leaves from getting into the gutters.Once the moss is removed use the spray this will kill whats left hopefully if not it will at least slow it down enough to keep it from being a problem in the future.

You don't have to worry about your warranties, as this is a safe and proper way of treating such problems, but remember if you decide to use a pressure washer you will have some added risks that can cause the void of your warranty. This method wont harm the tiles like a pressure washer may, but if your not the type to be climbing on your roof then check out nation contractors for a contractor in your area.

What are amercians doing in this age?

I was just reading about this whole tea party thing, it I just realized how many Americans have no clue what they are even protesting.

I can see protesting the bail outs, and some spending, But the common people are being fooled into thinking this is a voice for them.
Its not there voice at all, its the voice of people who think they are doing good but truly are not, the media has these people thinking
that the taxes being put into play are going to hurt them and take from them, its not. Unless your making over 250k.

The typical person I see protesting these taxes are well under that range, but because of a media personality they think they are doing something
right. When will people understand the rich don't stay rich with out shiting on the little man. STOP THESE PROTEST AND MAKE USEFUL ONES!

Protest for national health care, these people wont because they are the same people who allowed these rich and powerful people (so the common people think they are) to make them believe that National health care is a step towards socialism, are you fucking kidding me Socialism? Come on are you that
FUCKING dumb that you think giving everyone the right to the same doctors that the people making over 250k use is socialism?

ITs far from it, but the rich wants to common folk to think that you know why? Because they feel its a privileged to have the best health care money can buy, and its only for them, so they will broadcast that its a form of socialism when its not, they just to scared that they will receive a less type of health care
they wont be treated as special.

But that's far from the truth as well, We pay for health care from out checks and our company supplies it, By making national health care we can model it
around that. We pay into a government fund lets say 20 dollars a month, how many working Americans do we have? I say 1-3 people work? so that's 100 million.

20 times 100 million per month is a lot of money to make sure every single person in America has the same health care. And its all paid by US. People we need to look out for the common person and protest the rich people. The rich is the ones running the states not the common folk, the common folk are the ones who built this country.

WAKE THE FUCK UP PEOPLE, media uses us, banks use us, OUR government uses us! We need to unite, but not under some rich fucker who tells you what you want to hear because after so many years of listening to the media, you tend to become judgmental and take in there beliefs, and not your own.

WHO cares what I have to say or what someone else has to say, sit back and look how things are. Right now they look pretty bad to me. And then look at who started it.

Large companies going under because of some rich guy who headed it, So they need us to bail them out. Well guess what the same rich people are telling you to fight these bail outs and stimulus packages. But some of these companies do need bailed out well others don't.

AIG of course the government is going to bail them out, research them a bit and you would see why it wouldn't be smart not to bail them out. But in doing so WE
the PEOPLE are told WE are paying for it.

In reality it might look that way, but its just like any other loan, and WE make MORE then WE GAVE. Whats not good about that? We loan them money and force them to restructure to make sure they will and can last, and we make a certain % of interest.

Then you have people losing there homes, well maybe you shouldn't have spent more then you could have afforded and not relied on the bank to tell you that's to much. Think the banks cared fuck no, they are out for one thing and one thing only, to make MONEY.

People you need to open you eyes, and start to realize you need to think smart and not listen to the media, they effect everything that the common person thinks. Why do you like that fit girl over the fat girl? Because that's what beauty is shown on tv, If they showed fat girls for the next 50 years I bet the common person would think whats ugly and out of shape now, is the new attractive and fine.

Just think how what you watch read and listen effects you, then decided how you want to be effected, instead of allowing it to effect you subconsciously.

Laminate vs Wooden floors

Laminate flooring can come in many different designs then wooden flooring since the top layer is made from paper that then gets a high quality image printed on it, in reality you could print anything on this layer and therefor have any design you wish for the flooring. How ever the same pattern does start to repeat over and over on the laminate flooring, So if you choose a laminate flooring that looks like wood, it will still not totally look like a true wooden floor since the grains in a true wooden floor don't repeat.

Laminate flooring is about a quarter of the price of wooden flooring, So if the cost of your flooring is an issue you could get a laminate floor that looks like a wooden floor for a small fraction of the price.

The installation of an laminate flooring is a lot easier compared to a wooden floor.Since it uses a tongue and groove system.Laminate flooring is also a lot easier to clean up after installation, and you can use the floor soon as its done since you don't have to wait for the finish and glue to dry. Also the installing is a lot faster then with wooden flooring.

Laminate flooring is more durable then wooden floor and is harder to scratch, In reality the laminate flooring is about 10 to 15 times stronger then wooden flooring.Laminate flooring also holds up to heavy traffic a lot better then wooden floors and don't show wear and tear as easy.Laminate flooring usually comes with a longer warranty then wooden flooring, How ever wooden flooring can be sanded and refinished many different times so they tend to last longer then an laminate floor.

Laminate flooring is easier to maintain then wooden flooring and resist spills a lot better then a wooden floor, the daily maintenance for a laminate flooring can be done with a dust mop and it doesn't need waxing every so often. Also the cleaning products for a laminate flooring is cheaper then the ones you use on a wooden floor.

So take these things into consideration when choosing a wooden floor over a laminate flooring.
